Our team consists of Rita Scott and Romaine Scott. Between us we have more than 40 years of experience in the practice of law. Through it all, the focus has been on serving the client. Our firm’s mission is to serve your needs in specified areas of practice. We are focused on our clients’ needs in specific areas of the law. We have practiced in many areas of law over the years and can assist clients who need expertise in fields other than those in which we practice primarily. Romaine Scott serves as outside general counsel to small and medium size businesses. He forms businesses, represents businesses in their business negotiations and to help them grow. Rita Scott helps families to address those family law issues such as the dissolution of a marriage and child custody. She addresses those legal issues with compassion.
Our mission is to provide you with the finest legal services possible. We apply our experience with 100% effort and we are tenacious in every service we provide. We understand that clients are budget conscious and we accept the obligation we have to perform the services needed by our clients for as low a cost as is reasonable. Each client is different and each case is different. We do not apply a one size fits all to our representation or the fees and costs. We strive to be innovative and often take on representation for flat rates or contingency fees. Business entities must be able to anticipate the costs of legal representation and we are happy to represent businesses on a flat rate basis so they can plan their budgets. We understand that good business means controlling costs.
