Scott & Scott Law, LLC

Fairhope, Alabama

OUR FIRM

We are a small firm and do not pretend to be anything otherwise. We do not depend on a high volume of cases or a large number of clients. We are not, however, what is commonly known as a boutique firm. We do not limit ourselves to a specific and small number of areas of practice.

Scott & Scott Law, LLC, performs those services that are related to the integrity of operating a business and maintaining the family unit. In business, the firm deals with employment issues, bankruptcy, real estate transaction for developers, assistance in conducting those meetings required for a business to maintain the protections provided to such entities by state and federal law.

In family law, the firm does what it can to assist families to avoid or limit the pain of dealing with the transition from being a family unit. When there are children, their best interests are paramount. Each case is different and the firm is sensitive to the needs of each client in every circumstance.

Scott & Scott Law, LLC, is a business entity but it consists of people who care. Romaine Scott and Rita Scott formed the firm in January 2012 to provide services that they believe other firms are not giving a focus on the client. Romaine Scott comes from a family of lawyers whose philosophy is that lawyers provide a professional service and business is not a lawyer’s top priority. Romaine’s father told him that, if you satisfy the client’s needs, people will learn that you put them first and the business will come.

At Scott & Scott Law, LLC, the practice of law is as simple as making the client’s needs the top priority. The combination of expertise at reasonable cost provided with the client’s bests interests always being the top priority has made serving our community a pleasure.
