Rita Scott is a native of Wisconsin but grew up in Mississippi. She graduated from the University of Alabama in Birmingham and received her law degree from Birmingham School of Law. The focus of her practice has been Family Law and she is a past chair of the Alabama State Bar Family Law Section. Rita is a certified mediator for Family Law matters and has been named an Alabama Super Lawyer Rising Star for the past three years.

Romaine Scott was born in Birmingham, Alabama, graduated from Indian Springs School, Washington & Lee University and Cumberland School of Law. He has been named an Alabama Super Lawyer, has served as chair of the Alabama State Bar Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section and has served as an Alabama State Bar Board of Bar Examiners. His practice is focused on business formation, transactions and litigation.
